Welcome to Dim Sum House, a delightful gem nestled in the heart of L'Eixample, Barcelona. This vibrant Chinese restaurant specializes in bringing authentic flavors from Asia to your table, making it a must-visit destination for food lovers looking to indulge in delectable fare.

As you step inside, you’ll immediately be enveloped in a warm and inviting atmosphere, ideally suited for a casual dining experience or a cozy meal with friends. The decor is both charming and contemporary, with touches that nod to traditional Chinese culture while keeping a modern flair. Whether you're here for a quick bite or a leisurely lunch, the ambiance sets the perfect stage for an enjoyable dining experience.

Dim Sum House’s menu boasts a range of dishes that promise to impress. Start your culinary journey with the hot and sour soup, which one satisfied customer, Jay Falcone, raved about for its perfect balance of acidity and spice – a thrumming invitation that warms the soul. If you're a fan of dumplings, the pork dumplings are worth a try; while one guest noted they could use a bit more zest, they still offer a classic taste that combines soft textures with heartfelt tradition.

For those seeking something different, their daily special often features seasonal and locally sourced ingredients that enhance their already impressive menu. Angelica Torres, another happy diner, praised the restaurant for its stellar flavors, even comparing it favorably to experiences back home in Mexicali, Mexico. Guests often recommend the crispy yet tender duck as a standout dish, making it a must-try when you visit.

While the main courses steal the spotlight, it’s worth mentioning that some patrons have pointed out that the dessert options could be more enticing, as the flan served doesn’t quite offer the traditional experience one might expect from an Asian eatery. However, with so many great savory choices, you may find it hard to save room for dessert anyway!

Dim Sum House is not just about food; it’s an experience that appeals to the senses and offers a little slice of culinary intrigue right in the heart of Barcelona. Located conveniently near Plaça Catalunya, it's an optimal stop for anyone exploring the vibrant city or seeking respite after a day of shopping and sightseeing.

For those in search of a genuine taste of Chinese cuisine with a local twist, or simply craving a comforting bowl of soup and some flavorful dumplings, make sure Dim Sum House is on your list. Your taste buds will thank you!

Was in the mood for some Chinese food and came across this restaurant on my walk. I had the hot and sour soup and the an order of the pork dumplings. The dumplings were a little bland and lacked flavor. The hot and sour soup was on point. Great depth of flavour, great balance of spicy and acidic and piping hot.

The daily menu it's good and have a decent price. Flavors are ok I asked for Sushi and cow and rice for second dish. It's good but the dessert is the flan you can get from Mercadona. That is sad, when I go asian food I expect a traditional desserts like Lichees. Well is a good option for any work day but get the dessert somewhere else.

Actually I was very surprised that this restaurant had such good food. Since usually in these locations if you randomly pick a restaurant you won’t be surprised. But this one was pretty good and right on pl Catalunya. I would definetly recommend the duck, it was crispy and tender at the same time:)

I am originally from Mexicali Mexico and it’s said the best Chinese food out of China is there. But this Chinese place is delicious.. some of us had the daily special and ordered from the regular menu. Food is spectacular. Sangria is delicious! Highly recommended..
